Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- It must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging, accessories, and tags intact.
- A valid proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or receipt) must be provided.
- Products such as opened software, personal care items, or products marked as “non-returnable” are not eligible for return.
You can initiate a return if
- The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
- You received the wrong item.
- The product is not as described on the website.
- Returns for any other reason (like change of mind or wrong selection) may not be accepted unless approved on a case-by-case basis.

Return Shipping

- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you’ll be asked to provide your bank account details for the refund transfer.

- Replacements are shipped once the returned item is received and approved.
Non-Returnable Items
